The event will take place April 25th, 2015 at the Avalon West from 1-9 p.m. (Tickets are currently sold out).
This special design conference will host a variety of hands-on sessions to spark your inner design and creativity bug with local and regional experts sharing their brilliant insight.
Local business Grain Designs will have a special presentation, along with the Eco Chic’s owner Maria Bosak and a few other experts in the area.
The conference will also be featuring a session with celebrity guests, Chip and Joanna Gaines from HGTV’s “Fixer Upper.” How cool is that?

Eco Chic Boutique is a repurposed furniture store with locations in both Fargo and Bismarck. It specializes in renovating old furniture, home supplies and an assortment of fun products. Eco Chic also carries Chalk Paint ® by Annie Sloan. The company is the creator of the Fargo Junk Market, which happens every Spring and Fall at the Red River Valley Fairground. It also facilitates classes for local patrons who want to learn more about the process of renovating furniture. Classes are held multiple times a month, and result in painted furniture, wall art chic cabinets and many other fun projects.
Chip and Joanna Gaines hail from Waco, TX and host “Fixer Upper” on HGTV. They run a joint real estate company called “Magnolia Homes” that specializes in renovating houses. Magnolia Homes focuses on construction with high-quality design elements that makes each unit unique in its own way. “Fixer Upper” first aired on HGTV on April 24, 2014 and has been gaining in popularity ever since.
