Fargo, ND – Fargo Monthly won a gold excellence award for Overall Excellence in the 19th annual Minnesota Magazine & Publishing Association’s Excellence Awards held November 12, 2015, in Minneapolis.
Judges said this about the winning entry: “Original, light, likable, graphically extraordinary.”

Along with this award, Fargo Monthly also won awards for Gold Award for Best Cover Story Design for the May 2015 kids issue, a silver award for best feature article for the January 2015 ” A Look Ahead At 2015″ article, a silver award for best cover for the September 2014 downtown issue. Bison Illustrated also won a silver award for best feature design for the “Journey To The Summit” article and a bronze award for best cover for the August 2014 cover.
