What is better than beer and food? In this issue, we pair the two together (literally). We teamed up with local breweries and local restaurants to pair Fargo-Moorhead-born beers with hand-crafted Red River Valley dishes. One of those details is science and the various branches of that vague term. From a sheer scientific perspective, there are a host of physical and mental ingredients that need to occur over the course of a play, game or sequence to achieve athletic success.
